"I first met Thomas Myers in 2007 as he taught this course and it changed my practice and my life forever. I was a massage therapist and exercise specialist at the time and though I could help my clients feel better, it often wore off not too long after. I was unhappy and searching for real answers in how I could help my clients achieve lasting shifts and changes. I was also burning myself out and suffering from digestive issues that wore me down and threatened my life. This course not only provided the answers to begin helping my clients, but also myself. Not only did my mind began to really understand but the practices showed my body how to let go of what was holding me back. I had a huge emotional release and after felt lighter, my digestion shifted instantly and a new understanding and way of being has been evolving ever since."
