nutritional, lifestyle and physical imbalances. One of the greatest
supports though is manual therapy. Massage therapy is a great

NISA stands for Neuromuscular Integrative Structural
Alignment. This is a special form of massage which concentrates
on realigning the chains of connective tissue thought the body
