Fascial Release for the Arms, Neck and Shoulders

Course Description:

In this modern age we live in the Arms Shoulder and Neck more often then not bare the brunt and are overworked and under treated. In this workshop we will explore the importance of balancing stability and mobility of the shoulders on the rib cage, addressing the connectedness through the arms, shoulders and neck and giving you a number of highly effective fascial techniques for treating them all. Often a Favourite course of Manual therapists who enjoy the learning as much as the practice on each other.

In this workshop, you will learn:

  • Body Reading to determine the core of the issues.

  • How the Arms Shoulders and neck are all connected and effect each other via various fasical lines.

  • How to recognize ideal and compensated patterns and how they may be connected to the whole body.

  • A number of Fascial Techniques for releasing the shoulder stabilizers, neck, and arms.
